With 30 years as a professional pilot, he brings the kind of operational understanding that only comes from living inside the systems you're building for.

Before Vuelo Group, Casey served as Director of Innovation at Comply365, where he combined his dual passions for flying and technology to bring real-world aviation expertise to enterprise software. He holds an M.S. in Aeronautics with a specialization in Aviation Safety, along with MEI, CFII, and CFI certifications. He's also a published author on aviation technology, contributing to Samsung Business Insights on topics ranging from mobile operations to unmanned aircraft systems.

Casey leads Vuelo Group's vision and product development, ensuring that every tool the team builds is grounded in the reality of how people actually work — not how a whiteboard says they should.

Will has been in aviation since he was six years old, starting as a mechanic and working his way up to Captain on the Boeing 737. He designed, deployed, and manages one of the world's largest Electronic Flight Bag programs, and served as project lead for onboarding the iPad as an EFB for 12,000 pilots — earning a President's Award for the effort.

He currently serves as US Chairman of the AEEC/IATA EFB Users Forum, Industry Co-Chair for the EFB working group of the FAA PARC, and is a member of the ICAO EFB Sub Working Group helping harmonize EFB regulations between the FAA and EASA.

Through WareAir Aviation Services, Will provides consulting on EFB deployments, aircraft pre-buy inspections, and aviation technology strategy — with the simple philosophy: hire someone who has done it before.
